Mr. Shivam Bansal is the Director and CEO of JJ Plastalloy Pvt. Ltd., a global raw material solutions provider of masterbatches and polymer compounds. The company has integrated production facilities at Dahej & Varanasi, with an annual capacity of 65,000 MT. He is IIT Delhi Alumnus, and a technocrat with over two decades of experience in the specialty polymer industry. He is a strong advocate of import substitution in specialty masterbatches and compounds, and of building globally competitive Indian manufacturing capability. JJ Plastalloy is one of the first Indian masterbatch manufacturers to hold AEO Tier 3 certification.
