Role : Front Office Executive
Location : Mumbai
Experience and Qualification :

Graduate with minimum 2 - 3 years of experience as Front office executive

Description :
  • Maintenance of Office records, Members database and other relevant records.
  • Develop and retain existing members and Interact with new entrepreneurs and guide them in enrolling as members.
  • Activating dormant members.
  • Liaise with H.O. for Membership Reconciliation, tracking payments and timely deposit of payments in H.O. account.
  • Liaison with Govt. bodies such as JDGFT, Customs and Excise to represent and resolve members grievances.
  • Assist in organizing Seminars, Meetings and disseminating trade information to members.
  • To attend membership outreach programs undertaken by the council in the region and motivate other trade members to consider taking membership.
  • To stay informed about emerging policy issues and developments affecting the Councils strategy and the industry as a whole.
  • Assist in Councils participation in Trade Fairs and BSMs and mobilizing members participation in Councils Export Promotion events.
    Contribute actively towards the success of every event hosted by the Council through promotion, sponsorship
    and members participation through stalls and attendance including international delegates and exhibitions.
  • Benchmark with similar/other associations for bringing in best practices Promote image of Plexconcil at various industry platforms for visibility and collaboration
  • Generate and communicate MIS on monthly progress of the Ahmedabad Council office
  • P&L responsibility of the office
  • Maintain code of conduct, discipline and decorum of the Council office
  • Provide to HO any information required anytime by the ministry.
  • To supervise the overall functioning of the Office.
  • Any other assignments assigned by the Superiors from time to time.
Role : Executive Assistant to Executive Director
Location : Mumbai
Experience and Qualification :
  • Graduate with Management degree would be preferred.
  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role and reporting to Senior management of the organisation/s.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
Description :
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, members and other stake holders.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Format information for internal and external communication – emails, presentations, reports.
  • Take minutes during meetings.
  • Organize and maintain Executive Directors office filing system.
  • Maintain the personnel file of all the staff.
  • Arrange all the requirements pertaining to Board meetings.
  • Follow up with all the staff and officers with regard to the work assigned to them.
