- Minimum 5 years’ event management experience, preferably with a trade association or Export Promotion Council.
- Experience in trade fairs, international exhibitions, buyer-seller meets, conferences/seminars & government or industry events.
- Proficiency in MS Office required.
- Age: 25–35 years.

Job Profile of Event Manager
- The incumbent should independently manage all events as a Profit Centre.
- Should be responsible for conceptualizing and planning all Domestic and International events based on potential (exhibitions, conferences, seminars, roadshows etc.)
- Responsible for preparing the event agenda, preparing content for brochure, budget finalization & sponsorship packages
- Should be responsible for the planning of all branding activities, database management & workflow
- Responsible for identifying / on boarding speakers, compilation of delegation kit
- Responsible for liaising with various vendors/ suppliers, hotel/ travel agencies for event co-ordination & implementation
- Should be responsible for overall media plan, sales and marketing and all promotional activities for the event
- Should also ensure the success of entire event, anticipate issues and take corrective actions
- Responsible for analysing the events and prepare post event reports within the stipulated timeframe.
- Should be willing to travel (both domestic and international)
- Able to manage Government compliance, including handling subsidies related to space, airfare etc.
